Sports Taping & Strapping Workshop

The Sports Taping & Strapping Workshop is open to professionals in sport who wish to add to their training porfolio and gain knowledge and understanding regarding the principles of sports taping and strapping, including application procedures.  This one day workshop is taught by tutors with practical field experience of taping and strapping and first aid.

Course Content
This workshop runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  The subject matter includes assessing suitability for strapping, injury site preparation/strapping and practical applications for common injury sites.

Course Fee
The course fee is €150.
Class numbers are limited - early booking is advisable.
